This convention is a benefit in honor of Professor Tony Maynard. All proceeds from the $45 admission go directly to him.
Gather, train, and share
Professor Tony's ACJ has grown roots in a lot of different rooms. This is the day we bring those rooms together. Over the last year each of us has taken his American Combat Ju-Jitsu and folded it into our own way of fighting. Come show what you found, learn what your brothers and sisters found, and put in work together on one floor.
Open to students and teachers alike. If you would like to teach or share a technique during the day, choose Teacher when you register so we can build it into the schedule.

About American Combat Ju-Jitsu
American Combat Ju-Jitsu is the self-defense system founded by Professor Tony βThe Bearβ Maynard, a former U.S. Marine and a direct student of Professor Wally Jay. Refined over five decades, it is a synthesis of traditional Japanese jujitsu, Wally Jay's Small Circle Jujitsu, judo, and Isshinryu and Chito-Ryu karate: a practical, real-world combat art.
Professor Maynard is a Cloud Forest Martial Institute program advisor. We are proud to host this convention in his honor.
