An Academy subscription includes the published online course library across all seven fields, quizzes, student community, virtual library, and training journal. Active on-campus students already receive Academy access through their existing account. Sign in first and ask the school about missing access before buying another subscription. Available course completion certificates record study; they do not establish martial rank or instructor qualification. Review the Academy and course syllabuses.

The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Add a card at checkout; $34 is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. There is no yearly club fee. The annual plan costs $390 at checkout for twelve months and renews yearly. Check the dates shown in your account. Review online enrollment.

Tell us your goal, experience, and the course you are considering. The Academy category pages suggest a starting path; the syllabus shows its lessons. Ask an instructor about prerequisites before advanced, weapons, or partner practice. Video study supports training, and personal coaching or assessment requires a separate conversation with the school. Email your training goal.

Sign in with the email used at checkout and open Courses in your student account. If access is missing, email support@traincloudforest.com with your account email, course title, and the error message. The school can check your enrollment and subscription.

Cancel a monthly Academy trial before it ends to avoid the first charge. Regular paid training and Academy plans require at least 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the first full billing period end at least 30 days after notice. Renewals due during notice still process in full, and access continues through the full paid period shown in your confirmation. All payments, including annual payments, are nonrefundable and not prorated.

For the annual Academy plan, give notice at least 30 days before renewal to avoid another $390 charge. A renewal within the notice period covers another full year of access. The Apprenticeship has a five-year commitment and Personal Advisor a six-month commitment, under their separate agreements. Written notice can be sent to support@traincloudforest.com. Wednesday and Thursday have Kids Jujitsu at 5 PM, Kids Kung Fu at 5:45 PM, and adult Wei Family classes from 6:30 PM. The family plan covers up to 5 people in one household for $200 a month. Monday's kids Running Fist class starts at 5:30 PM and has separate partner tuition. Parents and guardians supervise children whenever they are not in their class, including while a parent trains. Check each program's ages and meeting times.

The AI Guide can explain public programs, prices, schedules, and enrollment steps. It cannot confirm your proficiency, replace an instructor's judgment, or resolve an account or payment problem on its own. Contact the school for personal training advice, billing corrections, or questions the Guide cannot answer.
