Studying from anywhere? Online Academy: a 3-day monthly trial, then $34/month. Card required. Or choose $390 billed today and every year, with no trial. Neither online plan has a yearly club fee.
How membership works
Three numbers, and that is the whole price list
One monthly tuition
$100 a month for one adult, $75 for one child, or $200 for a household of up to 5. That covers unlimited Wei Family classes: kung fu, Tai Chi, forms, weapons, self-defense, jujitsu, and boxing.
One small yearly club fee
Cloud Forest is a private club. Every student pays $20 a year, or $50 for a family, once a year and never monthly. It is folded into your first checkout so there is nothing to add later.
New students start for $49
Your first month of tuition is $49 ($99 for a family). With the club fee, the first checkout is $69 for one person. The receipt below does the math for every plan.

What you will actually pay on day one
Pick a plan and the receipt shows the first checkout and every month after. The yearly club fee ($20 for one person, $50 for a family) appears once, on day one, and then not again for a year.
No refunds and no prorating. To stop, give 30 days' notice. Full payments due during notice still process, and access continues through the final full paid billing-period end. Full policy on the terms page.
Partner programs
Separate schools, same roof, their own tuition
These programs are taught by independent instructors who train at Cloud Forest. Each bills its own monthly tuition, separate from the Wei Family plans above. The $20 yearly club membership still applies.

Partner enrollment happens at the front desk or through the instructor. Your free visit works for any class that is meeting. Tiny Tigers is paused until later this school year.

Meet Hercules →Two paths are the exception to month to month. The Apprenticeship is a five-year commitment under contract at $200/mo, training toward instructor standing under Sifu Johnson. Enrollment is by interview only, never through the online checkout. Personal Advisor is six months at $45 a month.
Do I need any experience?
No. Most people walk in with none. Every adult class takes beginners, and kids start in age-grouped classes built for first-timers.
Is there a contract?
Regular training is month to month with at least 30 days' cancellation notice. The Online Academy also offers a prepaid annual plan that renews yearly. Renewals due during notice still process in full, with access through the full paid billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the first billing period end at least 30 days after notice; payments are nonrefundable and not prorated. The Apprenticeship has a five-year commitment, and Personal Advisor has a six-month commitment, under their separate agreements. You can manage regular plans on the Billing screen of the student app; the steps are at traincloudforest.com/manage-membership. Cancel the monthly Academy trial before its three days end to avoid the first charge.
What is the yearly club fee?
Cloud Forest is a private membership club. On-campus students pay $20 a year, or $50 for a family, on the day they enroll and once a year after. It is already included in the first checkout amounts shown on the pricing page for those plans. The Online Academy does not charge a yearly club fee.
Can my kid and I train on the same night?
Wednesday and Thursday are the clearest fit for the Wei Family plan: Kids Jujitsu meets at 5 PM, Kids Kung Fu at 5:45 PM, and adult classes start at 6:30 PM. The $200 monthly family plan covers up to five people in one household in Wei Family classes. Monday's kids class is Running Fist at 5:30 PM, a partner program billed separately. Parents and guardians must supervise children whenever they are not in class, including while a parent trains.
Who looks after my child while I train?
Instructors lead children during their scheduled class. Parents and guardians are responsible for children before and after class and whenever they are not training. Plan for another responsible adult to supervise your child if your own class continues after theirs. The family plan does not include childcare.
Can family members take different programs?
Within the Wei Family classes, yes, one family tuition covers all of them. Partner programs like Goju Ryu or Wing Chun are billed separately by their instructors.
Where do I park and what do I wear?
719 W Gate City Blvd, inside the Gate City Business Center. Park on the left side of the building. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring water, and shoes come off at the mat.
Is the Online Academy included?
Active on-campus students receive the full Online Academy library and Hercules AI fitness coach through their existing account. Sign in first and ask the school about missing access before buying another subscription. Partner class tuition remains separate. Online-only students can start a free 3-day trial, then $34 a month, or pay $390 for the year. No yearly club fee on the Academy.
